Afra Cobb
Afra B. Cobb, owner, Cobb Professional Services

Cobb Professional Services is licensed to transact both life/health and property/casualty insurance. Cobb Professional Services, Inc., the parent company of Cobb Insurance Services, Insurance Wire and Pride Tax and Accounting, is a provider of financial services for individuals and small businesses and is an M/WBE certified company. Ms. Cobb is also currently an active Board of Director of the Dallas Black Chamber of Commerce, Black Contractors Association of Texas and South Dallas Business and Professional Women’s Club, Inc., where she is the chair of the Economic Development and Employment committees. Ms. Cobb, a graduate of Leadership Southwest (Dallas County), is also a member of the Regional Hispanic Contractors Association and American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers.



Tony B
Tony B, on-air personality, 94.5 KSoul

Tony B has more than 20 years of entertainment experience, most notably as one of the on-air personalities at 94.5 KSoul, a Radio-One affiliate in Dallas. He is also the producer of the nationally syndicated Tom Joyner Morning Show. Tony B is also an actor and a voiceover talent. When not putting his Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex at ease with his musical selections, Tony B is helping out his fellow neighbors. As a well-respected community activist, Tony B donates to many organizations and participates at countless events that benefit many Texas communities. He is also the spokesperson for the MLK Jr. Family Clinic in Dallas.




Tiffany Williams-Evans, editor, Minority Business News Magazine

Tiffany has a strong passion for helping minority- and women-owned businesses. As editor of Minority Business News Magazine, a national publication, she assists MWBEs by focusing on supplier diversity, procurement and inclusion issues. Additionally, Tiffany serves as Communications and Technology chair for the Former Students Association at Texas Woman’s University, where she nears completion of an MBA. An extremely blessed wife and mother of four, she also uses her gift to multitask to teach children about the importance of effective written communication. She accomplishes this as director, editor and writer at The Academy for Excellence in Writing and Literature. When Tiffany is not teaching or working, she also has a knack for creative/business writing and editing.
